Brays School’s Hayley Hanson Named 2026 Pearson National Teaching Awards Silver Winner!
We are thrilled to announce that Hayley, a dedicated member of the Brays School teaching staff, has been awarded a prestigious 2026 Silver Teaching Award in their category by the Pearson National Teaching Awards. This incredible recognition places Hayley among the UK’s most exceptional educators and means they are now being considered for the overall Gold Teaching Award, which will be announced in late November.
This achievement is a wonderful moment for our entire community. We will be celebrating Hayley and all our staff on Wednesday, June 17th—National Thank a Teacher Day. The celebration will include inviting families of Cheeky Cheetah, the High Sheriff, and the Mayor to present the award in assembly.
The official announcement of all winners and certificate recipients will be made public at 5:00pm on June 17th.
