It’s Children in Need on Friday 17th November. We are excited to be joining others around the UK in raising money for this wonderful charity. Read here to find out how we will be taking part:
Children in need is a charity that aims to offer every child in the UK a safe, happy, and secure childhood. For these reasons, they hold an important place in our hearts. This Friday, children and staff will be celebrating Children in Need by participating in a range of fun activities to raise donations to help struggling children in the UK.
We are proud to be joining schools across the Forward Education Trust in making a huge difference to children’s lives in our City and the rest of the UK. Across Birmingham, Children in Need supports many local charities: The Open Doors Project, Square Peg Activities, Big Top Musical Adventures and many more.
For Children in Need this year, the children will be dancing their socks off in a sponsored 60-minute danceathon this Tuesday and on Friday the children will be dressing SPOTACULARY in spots of bright colours!
We are hoping to raise £250 for Children in Need. If you would like to donate, please send your child’s sponsorship money to the school by Friday 17th November.
We look forward to a fantastic week of fundraising!
Thank you very much in advance for all your kind donations and support for this wonderful cause.
