DESCRIPTION:As you will be aware Friday 18th November is Children In Need Day. We are all excited to be joining in with others around the UK to participate in fundraising for this good cause. You can help us make a memorable event that raises as much money as possible by supporting our ‘sponsored Danceathon’. This year\, we’ve set ourselves a target of £200.00. \nThe BBC has chosen a ‘SPOTACULAR’ theme for this year\, so we have decided to make this the focus. We would like children to come to school wearing spots or their ‘dancing glad rags on Friday 18th November’. Please can you send your child’s sponsorship money with sponsor form to school by Friday 18th November 2022. \nEach child will be dancing their socks off in a sponsored 60 minute danceathon session on either Thursday 17th or Friday 18th November 2022. \nThroughout the day\, children will be taking part in a range of fun filled activities\, such as pie face\, spot challenges such as ‘Hula-a-thon’\, ‘Skip-a-thon’ and ‘Make-a-thon. \nCan your child also bring a bag of pennies or any change\, this will be used to complete an activity in the afternoon. \nWe look forward to a successful day of fundraising.
